At RDI Woman Nation is designed to foster the development of woman leadership. Our four pillars include (1) personal and professional development, (2) advocacy for women and their communities, (3) support and mentorship, and (4) outreach in support of marginalized communities. Through activities and courses, we cultivate and engage our women and woman-identifying leadership of all races, ages, and gender identities. Â
